The Learning Academy Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our School Trust, based in West Alvington C of E Academy.
West Alvington is in a village location with forest school experiences and a rich, engaging curriculum grounded in Christian values. Our vision is: Growing and Flourishing Together.
We are looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school. The role involves removing barriers to learning, empowering children with knowledge, skills, confidence and resilience, and working with a caring team to support our most underserved families. You will have opportunities to work across all year groups, from reception to Year 6.
Required qualifications: A Level 3 qualification or HLTA status would be an advantage.
