Job Description

We are looking to hire a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to install heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. This role also includes training HVAC helpers.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
