Maintenance Electrician – Up to £40,000 + Van + Overtime

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Overtime + Company Van
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Commercial Maintenance Services are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing engineering team covering commercial contracts across York and surrounding areas.

The Role:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
- Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
- Working on lighting, power and general building services
- Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance
- Completing job reports through Joblogic
- Providing excellent client-facing service across commercial environments
- Participating in the on‑call rota where required

Requirements:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management
- Strong fault‑finding and reactive maintenance experience
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Test & Inspection (2391)
- IPAF / PASMA
- Experience using CAFM systems
- Basic mechanical or fabric knowledge
