Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Cloud Support Assistant to join their growing technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for cloud-based systems and applications
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining cloud platformsSupport user access requests and account setup
• Help troubleshoot basic system or software issues
• Maintain support documentation and system records
• Escalate technical issues to senior IT or cloud engineers when required

Requirements
