Care Assistant – Full Time

What You’ll Do:

• Help clients with everyday requirements: personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and exercise routines, moving people to and from beds or wheelchairs safely.
• Give medications and follow care plans exactly as written.
• Follow infection control rules to keep client environments clean and safe.
• Keep records of what you see and report any changes to the care management team.
• Travel between clients’ homes within the region (Petersfield, Farnborough, Havant, Waterlooville) without commuting between areas.

Who We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required; full training provided, including Care Certificate.
• Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or comparable role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of medical terms is helpful.
• Good communication skills and a caring, understanding attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
• Availability for various evening and weekend schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent care.
