Base: Enfield (projects across London & within the M25). Join our Specialist Division and play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing works across a wide variety of commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance on commercial buildings.
• Complete a variety of planned project works, both large-scale and smaller specialist tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a wider multi-trade team on site.
• Advise supervisors or project managers when additional materials or trades are required.
• Accurately complete job sheets, material logs and relevant project documentation.
• Ensure all works meet high standards of safety, compliance and workmanship.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence – significant travel across London and around the M25 is required.
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential).
• Strong plumbing experience, with additional multi-trade skills being beneficial.
• Previous experience working within office or commercial environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, reliability and professional conduct.
• Due to the nature of this position, an in-depth criminal record history check will be undertaken.
