We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Non-Contentious Construction team in either our Birmingham or London office.
Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal who enjoys detail, structure, and working collaboratively with fee earners, clients, and Partners to keep transactions running efficiently and will focus on the administrative side of our non-contentious fixed fee practice.
About you
We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in non‑contentious construction work and a confident, detail‑driven approach to supporting fee earners. You will be comfortable taking the lead on the first review of construction documents—including JCT contracts and wider building agreements—and can identify issues, inconsistencies, and points requiring escalation with clarity and accuracy.
