The Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide 1:1 support to adults with learning disabilities. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with daily living, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in the community.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, routines, and personal goals
- Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills development
- Support social inclusion and community activities
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Promote dignity, respect, and choice at all times
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and colleagues
About You

Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
