Delivery Driver & Loader – Hereford Depot

Summary

• Shift structure: Five shifts per week, Sunday‑Friday.
• Hours: 37.5 per week.
• Roles include depot picking and loading as well as multi‑drop delivery across Herefordshire, South Wales and urban centres.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.
• Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles.
• Drive safely and courteously, delivering high‑quality dairy products to semi‑retail customers across countryside and urban routes.
• Maintain Cotteswold Dairy’s reputation for excellent service.

Training & Development

Dedicated learning and development opportunities, including NVQ programmes, practical training from an internal trainer and structured support to advance your career, including potential progression to a Class 2 (category C) driving role through the Trainee HGV scheme.

Working Hours

Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week (rostered average). Daytime start times 08:00 or 09:00.

What We’re Looking For

• Clean UK driving licence; 3.5 T experience or advantage if 7.5 T (Category C1).
• Physical fitness for an active role involving manual handling.
• Positive, reliable attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on varied routes and schedules, ready for both rural and urban challenges.
