Maintenance Manager

As the Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures
• Maintenance / Repairs on all coal processing plant equipment
• Distribution circuit / control circuit
• Responsible for breakdown, standby and possible shutdown duties
• Electrical diagnostics
• Fault finding / troubleshooting
• Installations and rewiring

Minimum Requirements

• N3
• Electrical Trade Test Certificate (Compulsory)
• HT Switching (Compulsory)
• 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician, preferably on a process plant
• 2 years’ HT Switching experience
• Communication skills (Read, Write, and Speak) – English/Afrikaans
