Development Details
This role will be based at a residential development in Belgravia. The development contains 71 residential apartments, a car park and a leisure suite, and is close to Victoria and Sloane Square Underground Station.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the site.
- Applying basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general repairs to resolve issues.
- Using problem‑solving skills to identify and fix faults efficiently.
- Driving as required (full UK driving licence essential).
- Creating a clean, positive and safe environment for residents, guests and the team through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing and painting.
- Delivering excellent customer service and using this expertise to lead, engage and inspire others.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to improve the development’s performance.
- Managing feedback effectively.
