Engaging Long-Term Care Assistant for Resident Support

Northwood seeks a Long Term Care Assistant for its Halifax Campus to support residents in their daily activities. Candidates will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized psychosocial activities and assist with recreation therapy programs.

This role involves direct interaction with residents, providing dining support, and helping with daily tasks to enhance resident care. A GED is required, and experience in Long Term Care is preferred. The position offers a bi-weekly schedule of 80 hours with immediate start available.
