As a Healthcare Support Worker on the ward at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital, you will meet deadlines and follow instructions, maintain a good telephone manner, and demonstrate strong computer and database skills.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

Responsibilities

• Put patient care first
• Carry out administrative duties
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in pre and post-surgery patient care
• Interact with patients to understand their needs
• Use organisational skills to make a positive impact and experience

Working on the bank

You will not have a set number of hours per week but work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
