The Role
We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and ensure excellence across product specifications, compliance, and technical documentation. Here’s how:
- Create and manage artwork briefs for new and seasonal product launches
- Review and approve artwork in collaboration with the Technical Manager
- Develop and maintain product labels and specifications
- Ensure full product compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
- Request and verify supplier specifications, including allergen, palm oil, and sustainability data
- Support QA activities, including audit walks and checks (e.g., glass and hard plastics)
- Generate and maintain temperature and humidity data logger reports
- Maintain and update technical and operational documentation
- Produce customer complaint reports and support issue tracking
- Investigate non‑conformances and support root cause analysis
About You
- Experience in food labelling, technical administration, or food manufacturing (training provided)
- Background in Food Technology, Food Science, or related discipline desirable
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel (labelling systems experience advantageous)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical ability
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and accountable mindset
