Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll craft visually stunning and delicious sushi and sashimi, while working closely with our senior kitchen leadership to uphold the highest food standards, maintain impeccable health and safety, and ensure every guest and member enjoys an unforgettable experience that reflects the excellence of Estelle Manor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sushi and sashimi preparation within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
- A proactive problem‑solver with the creativity to generate new ideas and elevate dish offerings.
- An enthusiastic, inclusive team player with a positive mindset and drive to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
Salary
The on‑target earning potential for this role is £37,685.43 per annum based on a 45‑hour contract – comprising a base salary of £30,685.43, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
