Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to carry out works for a large social housing contractor in social and domestic properties across East and North London.

This position is a temp to perm role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor who provide some fantastic career benefits, van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.

Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader

• Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing

Experience of the Carpenter Multi

• Must have social/domestic housing experience
• A full UK driving license
• Must have multiple trades
