Working Pattern: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

First Bridge School provides specialist education and ABA-informed support for pupils with autism and developmental delays. Our multidisciplinary teams combine education and behavioural science to support children in reaching their full potential.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Teacher to join our specialist school supporting pupils with autism and developmental needs. The role combines high-quality teaching with collaborative work alongside clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes
- Support pupils with autism and complex learning needs
- Work collaboratively with therapy teams
- Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
What You Bring
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience within specialist SEND settings
- Knowledge of ABA-informed educational practice
