HVAC Service Technician in Marlborough

Job Summary

The company specializes in the installation and servicing of ducted and ductless air source heat pump systems. As we grow, we encourage HVAC technicians with a variety of HVAC experience beyond heat pumps to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install and service ducted and ductless air source heat pump systems.
• Perform general HVAC maintenance and repair tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work as part of a team.

Requirements

• A valid EPA Universal certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
• Positive attitude focused on creating a team atmosphere.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel for the duration of the work day.

Preferred Qualifications

• A lead performer at current place of employment.
• Valid MA Refrigeration license (optional).
• 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
• Senior HVAC Technician experience.
• Valid license in additional trades such as plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, etc.

Sign‑On Bonus

Up to $5,000 available for candidates with 5 or more years of experience.

Salary

Dependent upon experience, $34.00–$45.00/hr to start.

Schedule

• 8‑hour shift.
• Overtime hours available.
• Limited on‑call shifts on rotation.
