Dismantling Operatives

We are currently recruiting Dismantling Operatives to work for our client based in Grantham on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a hands‑on role involving the dismantling and sorting of recyclable materials using hand‑held tools. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following health & safety procedures at all times.

Job Details

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Immediate starts available
• Full-time ongoing work

Duties Include

• Dismantling products and materials safely
• Using hand‑held tools and equipment
• Sorting recyclable componentsMaintaining a clean and safe working area

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and hard‑working individuals
• Previous warehouse or recycling experience beneficial but not essential
• Ability to use hand tools confidently
• Good attention to detail
