Business Development Manager – Clinical Trial Supply & Comparator Sourcing
I am currently working with a growing pharmaceutical services organization that specializes in comparator sourcing, clinical trial supply, packaging, and medicines access solutions.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive new business growth across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients within the clinical trials space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across pharma and clinical research organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle including proposals, RFIs/RFPs, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Attend conferences and represent the business within the market
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and cross-sell additional services
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions
Requirements
- 2-3+ years’ experience in business development within comparator sourcing, clinical trial supply, or pharmaceutical services
- Proven experience winning new business and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of the clinical trials/pharma landscape
- Excellent communication, networking, and commercial skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
