Day to Day Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance, rewires, kitchens, testing, socket changes/lights
• Working on a mix of void and occupied social housing properties
• Commercial jobs working in communal areas
• Good customer service

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience as an electrician or electrical tester, including EICR, or in electrical maintenance, with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or Ministry of Defence properties.

Required certificates: NVQ 3 or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (18th Edition, 2391).
