Maintain confidentiality and handle complex or sensitive information appropriately, prioritising communication with staff and external contacts.
Provide high-quality administrative and word‑processing support, including letters, reports, filing systems, photocopying, archiving, and office support duties.
Manage incoming post, referral systems, office and clinical equipment requisitions, and monitor/reorder educational and self‑help materials.
Support meetings and committees by preparing documentation, providing administrative assistance, and taking minutes where required.
Assist team members, support recruitment campaigns and advertisements, and provide guidance to new or less experienced staff.
Be flexible to undertake additional duties as requested, including occasional evening and weekend work.
