The Inn Collection Group is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie at The Pheasant Inn, a splendid 17th-century coaching inn in Cockermouth. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring that all dishes meet the high standards expected by our guests and delivering outstanding food service from start to finish.

You will oversee your section’s food safety and quality, collaborate with various teams, and work efficiently under pressure. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food.
