Role
Store Supervisor – based at the Mamas & Papas Lisburn store. Leads a small team of Sales Consultants, works closely with the store Manager and Management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 06:00‑10:00
- Thursday 07:30‑11:30
- Friday 06:00‑10:00
Responsibilities
• Lead by example and support the team• Ensure high levels of customer service and store performance• Support the store Manager in implementing strategies and meeting targets
Qualifications
• Retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background• Strong ability to inspire and manage a team• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently within a small team
