Senior Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager (Estimating)

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager in Manchester. The role offers a basic salary of £50,000 – £55,000 plus a bonus scheme (OTE £75,000) and benefits. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in Mechanical or HVAC Building Services.

The successful candidate will manage projects from initial inquiry to handover, building client relationships while producing accurate estimates and managing risks. A company car allowance and opportunities for career progression will be provided.
