The Advocate Group is partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to recruit an experienced Consumer Engagement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious business known for innovation, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional client experiences across international markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing consumer engagement strategies that strengthen brand loyalty, elevate customer experience, and drive meaningful connections with a discerning global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement consumer engagement strategies aligned with brand objectives and customer expectations
- Lead initiatives across CRM, loyalty, events, partnerships, and experiential marketing
- Analyse consumer insights and behavioural data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement
- Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, digital, and client services teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Support the planning and execution of high-profile campaigns, launches, and exclusive client experiences
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing recommendations for optimisation
- Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders where required
- Champion brand values and ensure all engagement activity reflects the luxury positioning of the business
Requirements
- Previous experience in consumer engagement, CRM, customer marketing, or client experience within luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and customer journey management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long‑term brand loyalty
