What You’ll Do
- Complete day‑to‑day proactive check‑lists of IT equipment tasks from AM to PM.
- Respond to email and telephone requests regarding hardware and software IT tasks.
- Troubleshoot all IT and Telecoms device issues, install new devices, and ensure staff equipment is fully operational to provide guests with the best experience.
- Handle special guest requests for IT equipment setup for events, junkets, phone check‑ins, room‑to‑room dialing, fax machine lines, and other special occasions.
- Maintain operational records and deliver timely support across the hotel’s seven departments.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service ethos.
- Experience in IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and telecoms equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑moving environment.
- Flexibility and passion for technology, with a willingness to adapt to shift‑based work across any day of the week.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
