Mary Rush Care are looking for a caring, reliable and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join the team at Brook Cottage, one of our supported living services.

About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide overnight support to individuals living at Brook Cottage, ensuring they feel safe, reassured and supported during the night.
You will work as part of a compassionate and professional team, carrying out regular welfare checks, supporting with any night time needs and maintaining a calm and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing overnight support and supervision
Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
Supporting with personal care where required
Maintaining accurate night records and documentation
Responding calmly and professionally to any incidents or concerns
Promoting dignity, independence and person centred support
Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals

Caring, compassionate and reliable individuals
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
