Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
About the Role
The Digital Advertising Operations Specialist plays a key role in the functioning of the ad operations group. You will be responsible for the daily management of client campaigns and driving the strategic revenue growth for each account.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage digital and audio advertising campaigns, including direct and programmatic orders.
- Monitor delivery of campaigns from beginning to end and optimize as needed.
- Produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance.
- Meet twice weekly with the sales and planning team to go over client campaigns and weekly reports.
- Perform proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization.
- Interact with internal and external clients for coordination, consultation, and successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams in QA’ing and launching custom campaigns and ad units.
- Follow up with immediate action and provide concise, timely feedback within established deadlines.
- Self‑manage tasks/schedule for effective and efficient time management.
- Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot simple site issues, liaising with site developers and product teams to find solutions.
Qualifications
- 3‑4 years of online ad trafficking experience.
- Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a high‑paced changing environment.
- Experience in ad serving tools and order management systems (e.g., GAM, Adbook, Megaphone, IAS).
- Ideally possess experience of programmatic advertising (PG, PMPs, OMP).
- Strong organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and communication skills for interacting comfortably with clients and internal departments.
- Ability to work independently as part of a global team.
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
