CNC Miller – Permanent Night Shift

Location: Leeds Area

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 DOE + £50 Shift Allowance Per Shift – £48,000- £51,000 total potential earnings before overtime

Must Haves

• Fanuc programming experience
• 3 & 5 Axis CNC Milling experience
• Experience working to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail
• Ideally 5+ years’ CNC Milling experience
• Self‑motivated and reliable attitude

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 22:30 – 07:30

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well‑established and growing engineering business on a permanent night shift.

Working within a precision‑focused manufacturing environment, you’ll play a key role producing high‑quality machined components while maintaining excellent quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machinery
• Working with Fanuc controls
• Producing components to tight tolerances
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out inspections and quality checks
• Maintaining safe and efficient working standards
• Supporting production output and continuous improvement

• A skilled CNC Miller with a strong precision engineering background
• Experience working on 3 & 5 Axis machinery
• Strong Fanuc programming ability
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently within a night shift environment
