Additional Support Worker
We’re looking for a compassionate individual to work flexible hours in a supportive environment and help people with autism live independently. Ongoing training and support will be provided regardless of prior social‑care experience.

- Flexible for both day and evening shifts
More About the Role
Each day is different. You’ll work in supported living, resource centres or outreach settings. You will help create person‑centred support plans and encourage independence.
Typical activities include:
- Community walks
- Trips to the park
- Swimming and cinema trips
- Supporting voluntary work
