Commercial Lawyer – Public Procurement & Government Contracts
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to support government contracts, MOUs, and public procurement and tender bids on a six‑month contract. This role offers exposure to high‑value, strategically important work with UK Government departments and public sector bodies.
Key Focus Areas:
- Drafting and negotiating MOUs and government contracts
- Advising on public procurement and competitive tender processes (RFPs, frameworks)
- Partnering with internal teams to manage legal risk and commercial outcomes
About You:
- 4–6 PQE (E&W or equivalent)
- Strong experience in procurement, tenders, and public sector contracting
- Commercially pragmatic and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
