Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centres

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of both strategic and day‑to‑day aspects of project delivery.
• Manage commercial risk across contracts while remaining close to detail through traditional quantity surveying responsibilities.
• Play a key part in developing the commercial department and building a team as the business grows.
• Deliver projects with international exposure, travelling across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with strong contractual awareness.
• Practical, delivery‑focused mindset with a clear understanding of risk management.
• Ability to operate independently and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Aspiration and capability to step into a senior leadership role as the business expands.
