We’re currently supporting a retail brand based in London in their search for a Marketing Growth Specialist to take ownership of digital performance and user acquisition.
This is a strategic yet hands‑on role suited to someone who understands how to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across digital channels, combining data‑driven decision making with creative thinking to scale growth.
The Role
Our client is looking for a commercially minded growth marketer to oversee key performance channels and help expand their digital reach.
Working closely with the digital leadership team, you’ll play an important role in shaping acquisition strategy and optimising performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
- Overseeing affiliate and performance marketing activity, coordinating with existing agency partners
- Supporting strategy across paid and organic social, ensuring content drives both engagement and conversion
- Tracking and improving key performance metrics such as ROAS, engagement, and customer acquisition
- Reviewing current digital channels and content formats, identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Using insights and analytics to guide campaign decisions and test new growth initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams across digital, creative, and commercial functions
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with consumer‑facing brands, ideally within retail, fashion, or lifestyle
- Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, ideally with exposure to TikTok or YouTube campaigns
- Comfortable working with external agencies and performance xwzovoh partners
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, confident in identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
