Senior Legal Associate (6-Month FTC) | Web3 Venture Capital | Up to £85,000 Base + Bonus
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Associate to join a leading Web3 venture capital firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most respected names in the digital assets and blockchain space, supporting investments, portfolio companies, and strategic initiatives at the intersection of Blockchain and AI.
The Role:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Supporting investment transactions and legal due diligence
• Advising on regulatory and corporate legal matters
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across investments, operations, and portfolio support
• Assisting with governance and legal processes across an international business
Requirements:
• Qualified lawyer with strong post-qualification experience
• Background in corporate, commercial, venture capital, or technology law
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, fintech, or emerging technologies is highly desirable
• Interest in blockchain, digital assets, and AI
• Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Package:
• Up to £85,000 base salary (pro rata)
• Bonus potential
