Spanish Speaking Sales Executive (Bilingual in English/Spanish)
TGI Sport Media is a specialist sales organization seeking dynamic and motivated Spanish‑Speaking Sales Executives to join an expanding international team, working on behalf of the Royal Spanish Football Federation and top Spanish clubs.
Opportunity
Generate new and repeat business across Latin America and Iberia for esteemed clients such as the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Real Madrid C.F., Club Atlético de Madrid, and F.C. Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in Latin America and Iberia through market research.
- Engage with CEOs and MDs of blue‑chip companies to build rapport and establish connections.
- Conduct effective cold calls to create new business opportunities.
- Nurture leads through the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact to negotiation and execution.
- Thrive in a competitive sales environment and consistently meet targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- In‑depth knowledge of top brands in Latin America and ability to engage decision‑makers.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in media, conferences, exhibitions, hospitality, sponsorship, IT, or recruitment.
- Proactive and tenacious approach, able to perform under pressure.
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Strong sales drive and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours in an international marketplace.
Remuneration
Competitive salary £30,000‑£35,000 (DOE) plus commission, with an OTE of £50,000 in the first year.
