Overview
A leading, respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Wimbledon office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and client‑focused conveyancing team handling a broad range of residential property matters.
The role offers a mix of managing your own caseload and supporting on delegated work, covering the full lifecycle of transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing to client relationships, business development and the continued growth of the department.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain your own caseload of residential property transactions
- Support delegated work covering full lifecycle of sales, purchases and remortgages
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure seamless delivery of service
- Contribute to client relationships and business development initiatives
- Help drive continued growth of the conveyancing department
Qualifications
- Technically confident in residential property law
- Commercially aware and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
- 10+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
