We’re looking for a Planning Assistant to support our EMEA supply chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or procurement who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
As a Planning Assistant, you’ll support the Category Planner in delivering end-to-end supply planning across the EMEA region, helping to ensure excellent product availability and smooth supply chain operations.
In this role, you will assist with reviewing forecasts and preparing procurement plans, ensuring data accuracy and alignment to planning timelines. You’ll help coordinate new product launches and lifecycle activities by tracking phase-in/phase-out plans and maintaining accurate system data. A key part of the role will involve creating and managing purchase orders in SAP, monitoring progress, and escalating any risks or delays.
You’ll act as a first point of contact for suppliers and colleagues in East Asia, supporting clear communication and timely execution of supply plans. You’ll also support container planning and logistics coordination, working with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure efficient shipment processes.
Alongside this, you’ll monitor inventory levels across the network, flagging any risks to availability or excess stock, and support replenishment planning for satellite depots. You’ll maintain accurate master data in SAP and contribute to weekly and monthly KPI reporting, helping identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Abou You
You’re proactive, organised, and eager to continue developing your career in supply chain. You’ll ideally have around 1–2 years’ experience in a planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain role, with exposure to fast-paced business environments and an understanding of supply chain operations.
You’re comfortable working with data, with strong Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail. Ideally, you’ll have some familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, although full training will be provided. You’re a confident communicator, able to build effective working relationships across teams, suppliers, and international stakeholders, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
You’ll bring a positive, hands-on approach, a willingness to learn, and the drive to grow your skills within a global business environment.
If you’re looking for the next step in your supply chain career with a leading international company, we’d love to hear from you! Apply now and be part of a team where you can grow and make an impact.
