About the Role
This position sits within a well‑established main contractor operating across a wide range of project types including commercial buildings, education facilities, healthcare environments, heritage schemes, leisure facilities, community buildings, residential developments, refurbishment works, fit‑outs and new‑build construction. The business delivers projects up to £40m.
The successful candidate will join a strong pre‑construction and work‑winning team based in Hertfordshire, working closely with experienced Estimators, Planners and technical staff in a collaborative and supportive environment. Hybrid working can be discussed.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in bid management or work winning
- Strong main contracting background
- Experience working on projects such as commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, residential, refurbishment, fit‑out or new‑build schemes
- Confident managing the full bid process from initial enquiry through to submission
- Personable, organised and comfortable working within a busy pre‑construction environment
