We’re hiring a Client Growth Executive to join a growing consultancy in central Glasgow, supporting small businesses by taking care of their essential services so they can focus on growing their business.

The Role This is a relationship-led, revenue-generating role focused on developing existing client accounts.

You will:

  • Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
  • Build strong relationships and understand their business needs
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
  • Position solutions that genuinely add value to clients
  • Work towards targets in a supportive, high-energy environment

This role is ideal if you are currently in a customer-facing role and ready for the next step into sales.

You might be:

  • Working in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and building rapport quickly
  • Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
  • Confident, outgoing, and naturally chatty
  • Keen to develop new skills and progress your career
