About the Role

• Coaching, motivating, and developing operatives to deliver excellent workmanship and customer care
• Identifying skills gaps and aligning workforce capability with service demand
• Supporting the delivery of repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance services, including occasional out‑of‑hours cover
• Ensuring resources such as materials, vehicles, and equipment are used effectively and efficiently
• Leading by example and modelling the behaviours that support a positive, inclusive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising or managing an operational or trade‑based workforce
• Strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, or refurbishment services
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and develop others
• A calm, solution‑focused communicator who builds trust with residents and colleagues
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
