Job Title: Ecommerce Admin Assistant

Location: Camden (Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 in the office)
Salary: £30,000

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a smart, proactive Ecommerce Admin Assistant to support our ecommerce team. This is a hands-on role that will touch all areas of our ecommerce operation (from managing product uploads and launches, ensuring consistent imagery across the website to assisting with on-site merchandising and ad-hoc jobs)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Regularly crawl the website to identify any misinformation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Ensure all products are optimised, well-merchandised, and correctly categorised for visibility and conversion.
- Update and maintain product pages, ensuring accurate descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
- Check product pages to ensure “Shop the Look” features are correctly updated and aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all website imagery is regularly updated
- Ensuring “Coming Soon” product is tagged and visible on the site
- Monitor customer journeys and flag opportunities to improve UX and conversion
- Implement SEO improvements as recommended by our SEO agency to enhance organic search rankings.
- Owning the upload and management of new products, ensuring all necessary information is accurate, engaging and ready prior to launch.
- Work closely with the buying, product and creative teams to ensure product launches and campaigns are effectively executed online.
- Supporting the wider ecommerce team with administrative tasks, project coordination and ad hoc requests
We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising is preferred but not essential.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Copywriting skills are preferred but not essential.
- A genuine interest in fashion or digital commerce
