Beauty Education Consultant – Contract (Remote)

Fully Remote | UK & Europe ⏱ 1–3 months | Contract Independent Consultants Welcome

We’re looking for an experienced Beauty Education Consultant to join us on a contract basis, creating best-in-class training materials for a prestige beauty brand’s retail teams.

This is a content-build role — ideal for an independent consultant who has built education programmes from scratch and knows what great looks like in a retail environment.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Master brand training materials formatted to brand guidelines
  • Training masterclasses for in-person and virtual delivery
  • E-learning modules for scalable retail staff education
  • Product guides and manuals covering ingredients, science, claims, benefits and usage
  • Sales and selling technique content for retail teams

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong background in beauty brand education and training content development
  • Experience working with prestige retail (Sephora experience a strong advantage)
  • Ability to translate ingredient science, claims and benefits into clear, engaging content
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely — delivering to brief without hand-holding
  • A portfolio of past work is essential — we’re interested in what you’ve built, not your job title

The details:

  • Fully remote — open to candidates across the UK and Europe
  • Contract duration: 1–2 months initially, with potential to extend to 3–6 months
