Graduate Sales Practitioner – Fire and Security

Location: Manchester. This is a field‑based sales role with a mix of office and customer site visits. Candidates must be willing to travel.

About the Role

As a Sales Graduate you will work alongside experienced professionals to build client relationships, generate new business, and learn our product range in fire and security solutions including alarms, CCTV, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and key decision‑makers
• Generate new business opportunities
• Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and market changes
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals to maximize growth
• Master the art of cross‑selling, upselling and white‑spacing
• Gain hands‑on experience in sales strategy, customer engagement and territory management
• Shadow industry professionals and gain real‑world experience
• Learn about cutting‑edge products and technology
• Assist in designing solutions, processing quotes and managing projects
• Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other relevant fields
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• IT proficiency – comfortable with digital tools and platforms
• Passion for teamwork and customer engagement
• Future‑focused mindset – thinking ahead and innovating
