My client is a globally recognised hospitality brand, known for its high-energy atmosphere, live music heritage, and strong international presence. With a mix of restaurant, bar, events, and retail, the business attracts a wide range of guests from corporate clients to tourists and loyal regulars.

They are now looking for a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee two key London sites.

Role

A sales-led role (70%), focused on driving revenue, leading a team, and building strong client relationships across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Sales & Marketing Managers across both sites.
  • Drive revenue through events, group bookings, and corporate business.
  • Build relationships and bring in new business.
  • Support local marketing activity.
  • Act as the link between the London teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong hospitality sales background.
  • MICE experience (events, group bookings, trade shows).
  • Team management or leadership experience.
  • Good knowledge of the London market.
  • CRM experience (Tripleseat/OpenTable a plus).
  • Confident, proactive, and commercially minded.
