Senior Project Manager: Building Remediation & Defects

bpha is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead building remediation and defect management in Bedford. You will be responsible for ensuring that remediation works are delivered safely and comply with regulatory requirements. This involves coordinating with internal teams and contractors, thus making a tangible difference to our customers’ lives.

The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in project management, have a strong understanding of building safety legislation, and hold a relevant degree. The position offers a hybrid working model complemented by a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum.
