Client Services Manager – Leeds

We’re looking for a qualified ACCA/ACA Client Services Manager to join a thriving team of accounts based in Leeds. You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, review and prepare annual accounts, and lead a talented team – all while playing a big part in shaping internal workflow and team development.

What you’ll do:

• Lead client relationships across a varied portfolio
• Review and prepare accounts and tax returns
• Mentor and manage team members
• Oversee workflow, WIP, billing & KPIs
• Drive business development and cross-service opportunities

About you:

• ACCA/ACA qualified
• Strong practice-based accounting experience
• Confident managing teams and client relationships
• Skilled in workflow and practice management
• Proficient in IRIS, Xero, Sage (preferred)
