Director, Co-Investment & Syndication

The firm is recruiting a Director to its Co-Investment & Syndication practice. Directors originate and structure direct co-investment opportunities, hold senior relationships across sponsors and the firm’s principal network, and lead syndication on the firm’s most significant transactions.

The role combines origination, investment judgement, and senior investor relations. Directors are expected to bring an established network of sponsors and principal investors, and to operate independently across asset classes and jurisdictions.

The firm’s co-investment platform is positioned as a deliberate capital partner to leading sponsors and a curated source of direct opportunities for its principal investor base.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ relevant experience, with a substantive book of senior relationships
• Origination track record in the relevant practice area
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior principal in mandate
• Cross-border execution credibility
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
