Service Manager
We are looking for a Service Manager to work for a client of ours.
Our client is based in London; however, majority of work can be completed remotely.
This role has been deemed as Inside IR35 and requires active SC level security clearance.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment; this can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
Skills required:
- Strong Service management capability
- Designing and managing SLAs and monitoring service performance
