You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting and distributing deliveries, maintaining inventory records and ensuring all goods are handled safely and securely. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency within a luxury hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload and process all deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and invoicesInspect all goods for quality and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damages promptlyRecord and track all incoming and outgoing deliveries within inventory and receiving systemsOrganise and distribute goods to the appropriate departments in a timely mannerMaintain accurate logs, reports and documentation for all receiving activitiesReconcile receiving reports with invoices to ensure accurate stock countsStore goods appropriately, ensuring secure and organised receiving and storage areasManage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including guest deliveriesCommunicate with guests regarding package receipt and ensure correct handling and deliveryFollow all procedures for hazardous materials handling in line with regulationsMaintain the cleanliness, organisation and security of the receiving area at all timesReport any stock variances, losses or operational concerns to managementSupport departmental operations by ensuring required goods are readily availableFollow all company health, safety and security proceduresCore CompetenciesWe are seeking a reliable and detail-driven individual who demonstrates strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
